If an organization is going through a Chapter 7 liquidation or Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, TPI can advise on ways to sell off IT assets or directly purchase IT assets as ruled by a Bankruptcy Court.
TPI has funding available to purchase IT equipment from bankrupt organizations which provides an immediate cash injection. Purchase prices are determined by TPI based on current market values and as approved by the organizations creditors and subsequently by the Bankruptcy Court.
